At GymGlider, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not fully content with your order, our Returns & Refund Policy is designed to provide a seamless process for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items
• Personal health and hygiene items

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@gymglider.com and return the item to:

5. Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to the address mentioned above. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• Check your bank or card statement again.
• Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be processed.
• Contact your bank; processing times can vary.
